  • Knowledge model development: Data from Google Drive is used to build the knowledge model for the Chat4you solution. This knowledge model serves as an information repository for a chatbot and enables it to generate responses.

  • User statistics generation: The data is also used in platform analytics.

Our application may share certain types of data with third-party tools, including but not limited to:

  • Document contents: The content of the documents uploaded by users (e.g., PDFs, DOCX, CSV, XLSX, TXT).

  • User interaction data: Data regarding user interactions with the chatbot, including requests and responses.

We share data with the following third-party tools:

  • Azure Cloud Services: We use Azure Cloud Services for data storage and processing. The data shared with Azure is subject to Azure's privacy policy.

  • OpenAI API: We use the OpenAI API to improve chatbot performance. The data shared with OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's privacy policy.

We exclusively use services whose privacy policies guarantee that the data is not used for the development, improvement, or training of general AI and/or ML models.

  • Purpose of data sharing: The data shared with third-party tools, such as AI models, is used for the following purposes: integrating data into the chatbot.

4. Google API Services

Our use of Google API services, including Google Drive integration, complies with the policies for the use of Google API services:

  • Identity and intent: We clearly state our identity and intent when requesting access to your Google user data. We will clearly explain why we are requesting access and how we will use the data.

  • Minimal permissions: We request only the minimal permissions necessary to implement the functions of our platform. We do not request access to information that is not required for the operation of the platform.
